除塵設備
煙氣經過靜電集塵設備去除塵粒達到淨化空氣之目的去除效率約可達99.8%以上,如下圖所示。
靜電集塵設備收集之粒狀污染物即為飛灰,目前廣泛再利用作為營建材料。
排煙脫硫設備
利用高效率之濕式石灰石排煙脫硫設備,吸收煙氣中硫氧化物,去除效率約可達90%以上,如下圖所示。

硫氧化物與濕式石灰石排煙脫硫設備反應後所生產的脫硫石膏,可以再利用於防火板材。
